• Operate CNC and manual pipe bending machines to specified angles and radii
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and isometric pipe layouts
• Set up bending tooling and select correct mandrel and wiper dies

• Perform dimensional checks on bent pipes using templates and gauges
• Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Welder / Plumber) or Diploma in Mechanical Engg.

• Perform in-process and final dimensional inspection using CMM, vernier, micrometer, height gauge
• Read and interpret engineering drawings including GD&T callouts
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records
• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and support root cause analysis
• Assist in customer audits and third-party inspection activities
